Meet The Team
Brian is co-founder and Commercial Director of NP Projects Ltd, which was established in 2004 as a specialist IT Support Company. He has over 31 years experience in IT and prior to starting NP Projects Brian was the MD of an IT installations and consultancy company working for medium and corporate business across the UK.
As the commercial director Brian's role within NP Projects is to provide a strategic approach to gaining new business and the development of existing accounts by offering specialist advice in IT solutions, system migrations and office moves.
Senior Support Engineer
Matt is our senior support engineer at NP Projects and is responsible for managing the team of IT Support Engineers. Matt started his career as an IT apprentice and has worked for a number of companies providing remote and onsite IT Support before joining NP Projects. Through this experience Matt has gained a well rounded knowledge of small and medium sized business IT systems. On a daily basis Matt ensures that a proactive, efficient and enthusiastic approach is taken to all your Support needs, managing the support department workload and our escalation process.
Dean is co-founder and Operations Director of NP Projects Ltd, which was established in 2004. He has over 20 years’ experience within the IT Support Sector. Dean has been responsible for the directing and management of all matters of operations, such as the execution of orders and administration. His multi-disciplinary role encompasses all areas of the company and as such is a good point of reference for any issues or queries relating to current and on-going projects.
Due to the growth of the company, Dean's current focus is on product development and business growth.
David is NP Projects longest serving member of staff, having been with the company for the past 7 years. David’s background prior to moving into account management was as an IT Support Technician and Installations engineer. As the Senior Account Manager David is the team leader of the account managers, David and his team manage our existing clients needs, to assist with the procurement of hardware or software, to introduce new technologies and project manage any project work. David’s previous experience as a Support Technician allows him to offer the very best advice and solutions to all his customers.
